- Your login credentials will not be mailed to you until immediately prior to the scheduled webinar date.
- Your login credentials are sent to the email account utilized to sign up for the webinar. If the AACC store has an old email address for you, it may have been sent there. Please check.
- If you think we have the correct email address for you, check your SPAM folder. Your login credentials email may have gone there.
If the above are not successful in resolving this issue for you, please send an email to support@CounselTalk.net with the subject line: NO CREDENTIALS. In the body of the email, include your Name, phone number, and email address.
